Bayan Telecommunications Launches Voice SMS in Philippines on Kirusa Platform First Ever Deployment of Convergent Voice SMS in Philippines Quezon City, Philippines and New Providence, NJ, Friday, December 18, 2009: Bayan Telecommunications Inc. This is the first ever deployment of Convergent Voice SMS in Philippines wherein fixed line and wireless landline subscribers can send and receive Voice SMS messages.
